Screen Printing
Screen Printing is currently popular in commercial printing of large run orders.
This print process is commonly used to print artwork on T-shirts, Hats, Sweatshirts and Jerseys.

Embroidery
Machine Embroidery adds beauty and themed detail to anything you sew. This process typically is used for formal shirts, polo shirts, bags, hats and jackets. Embroidery is chosen to give a more corporate and professional look.

Heat Transfer
Heat Transfer is a perfect method to apply athletic names and numbers on Jerseys and other athletic apparel. The material is cut and heat pressed onto the garment creating a perfect look and feel for team wear.

Tackle Twill
Tackle Twill is designed to give your garment or items a big and bold athletic look. Tackle twill can also be used on uniforms, letter jackets, and most other types of apparel.
This decorating method is most commonly seen on athletic uniforms. A player’s name and number is designed with twill fabric, cut into the chosen letter style, then sewn onto the garment with a zig-zag or satin stitch.
This same method can be applied to designs with large areas of color. These areas can be substituted with many different types of fabric and prints (cut into any custom shape) to give it a multi-faceted look.

Art Department

We will gladly create custom designs for your company, school, team or special event!

 

Simply supply us, by email, with your ideas and/or reference material (e.g. copies of your logo, photos, or design sketches) along with a quick rundown of what types of apparel or items you are interested in purchasing and we will do the rest.

 

Our art staff is experienced in the commercial art field and a variety of styles and expertise as well as the latest in digital imaging hardware and software.

 

Upon receiving your design order, it is promptly turned over to our art department. Our artists then take your concept and explore design possibilities. They will mock these ideas up for your approval before moving on to the full design process. In the event you provide your own art, our artists will prepare it for our production process, doing whatever is necessary to maintain fidelity to your original art.
